Beklenmeyen bir diren\u00e7 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve bu diren\u00e7, al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7 dengelerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yeni bir tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131: G\u00fc\u00e7 ger\u00e7ekten her \u015fey midir, yoksa diren\u00e7 de ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir g\u00fc\u00e7 m\u00fcd\u00fcr?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarih bize \u015funu \u00f6\u011fretir: Sava\u015flar \u00e7o\u011fu zaman hakl\u0131l\u0131k aray\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan de\u011fil, \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan do\u011far. \u0130mparatorluklardan modern devletlere kadar de\u011fi\u015fmeyen bir ger\u00e7ek vard\u0131r; egemen olan, sahip olduklar\u0131yla yetinmez. Daha fazla kaynak, daha fazla etki alan\u0131 ve daha fazla kontrol arzusu, sava\u015flar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen motorudur. Bu y\u00fczden sava\u015flar \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u201cg\u00fcvenlik\u201d, \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u201d ya da \u201cdemokrasi\u201d gibi kavramlarla s\u00fcslenir. Oysa bu kavramlar\u0131n arkas\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ekonomik ve stratejik hesaplar yatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn ya\u015fananlara bu perspektiften bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tablo daha net g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Venezuela\u2019da ya\u015fanan m\u00fcdahaleler, devletlerin i\u00e7 i\u015flerine kadar uzanan bask\u0131lar, uluslararas\u0131 hukukun nas\u0131l esnetilebildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Bir \u00fclkenin liderine kadar uzanan m\u00fcdahale, asl\u0131nda yaln\u0131zca bir \u00fclkeye de\u011fil, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya verilmi\u015f bir mesajd\u0131r: G\u00fc\u00e7, s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hukuk da sessizle\u015fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130ran \u00f6rne\u011fi ise bu ger\u00e7e\u011fin ba\u015fka bir y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steriyor. \u201cDemokrasi getirme\u201d s\u00f6ylemiyle ba\u015flayan s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin \u00e7o\u011fu zaman kaynak kontrol\u00fcyle sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131, art\u0131k s\u0131r olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Petrol, do\u011falgaz ve stratejik ge\u00e7i\u015f yollar\u0131, modern d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen sava\u015f alanlar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu alanlar\u0131 kontrol edenler yaln\u0131zca ekonomik de\u011fil, siyasi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de elde eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peki bu tablo kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda insanl\u0131k ne yap\u0131yor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Belki de en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorun burada ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<br>D\u00fcnya, olup biteni izliyor. Tepki veriyor gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor ama \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bu tepkiler ya ge\u00e7ici ya da y\u00fczeysel kal\u0131yor. K\u00fcresel sistem, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olan\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn daha y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00fczene d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda. Bu d\u00fczende adalet, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bir ideal olarak konu\u015fuluyor ama prati\u011fe d\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cD\u00fcnya be\u015ften b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fc bu adaletsizli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 bir itirazd\u0131. Ancak bug\u00fcn gelinen noktada, baz\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bu itiraz\u0131n ne kadar gerekli oldu\u011funu bir kez daha g\u00f6steriyor. Hatta \u00f6yle bir noktaya gelindi ki, d\u00fcnya sanki birka\u00e7 akt\u00f6r\u00fcn iradesine s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Bu durum yaln\u0131zca siyasal bir kriz de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda ahlaki bir \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gazze\u2019de ya\u015fananlar ise bu \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rneklerinden biridir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k, g\u00f6zlerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan bir trajediye tan\u0131kl\u0131k ediyor. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n, sivillerin, masum insanlar\u0131n hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te, uluslararas\u0131 sistemin etkisiz kalmas\u0131, gelece\u011fe dair umutlar\u0131 da zedeliyor. Bu durum, 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ger\u00e7ekten bir \u201cmedeniyet \u00e7a\u011f\u0131\u201d olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorgulat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer medeniyet, insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 korumakla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyorsa,<br>bug\u00fcn ciddi bir s\u0131navdan ge\u00e7iyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu y\u00fczy\u0131l, teknolojik geli\u015fmelerin zirveye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nem olabilir. Yapay zek\u00e2, dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, k\u00fcresel ileti\u015fim a\u011flar\u0131\u2026 T\u00fcm bunlar insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilerledi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Ancak ayn\u0131 zamanda, bu ilerlemenin insan\u00ee de\u011ferlerle ne kadar \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc teknoloji ilerlerken, adalet geride kal\u0131yorsa, ortada bir \u00e7eli\u015fki vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli mesele ise k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7 rekabetidir. \u00c7in ile Amerika aras\u0131ndaki ekonomik ve stratejik \u00e7eki\u015fme, yaln\u0131zca iki \u00fclkeyi ilgilendirmiyor. Bu rekabet, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 etkileyen bir dalga yarat\u0131yor. Ticaret sava\u015flar\u0131, yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar ve ekonomik bask\u0131lar, \u00f6zellikle geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeleri zor durumda b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Bu \u00fclkeler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman iki b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 aras\u0131nda denge kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, kendi i\u00e7 dinamiklerini ihmal etmek zorunda kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te en \u00e7ok etkilenen unsurlardan biri de \u015fehirlerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eehirler, yaln\u0131zca insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerler de\u011fildir. Onlar ayn\u0131 zamanda bir medeniyetin aynas\u0131d\u0131r. Bir \u015fehrin mimarisi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, sanat\u0131 ve sosyal yap\u0131s\u0131, o toplumun kimli\u011fini yans\u0131t\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden \u015fehirler y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yaln\u0131zca binalar de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda birikmi\u015f bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr de yok olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn Ortado\u011fu\u2019dan Avrupa\u2019ya kadar bir\u00e7ok \u015fehir bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn etkisi alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.<br>Basra, \u015eam, Beyrut gibi \u015fehirler sava\u015flar\u0131n g\u00f6lgesinde ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesi verirken; Paris, Roma gibi \u015fehirler ise farkl\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7mektedir. Ekonomik bask\u0131lar, g\u00f6\u00e7 hareketleri ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011fi\u015fimler, \u015fehirlerin ruhunu yeniden \u015fekillendirmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ancak daha derin bir sorun vard\u0131r:<br>\u015eehirlerin ruhu kayboluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dijitalle\u015fme, insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken ayn\u0131 zamanda yeni bir yaln\u0131zl\u0131k bi\u00e7imi de yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar art\u0131k \u015fehirlerde ya\u015f\u0131yor ama \u015fehri ya\u015fam\u0131yor. Sokaklar kalabal\u0131k, ama ili\u015fkiler y\u00fczeyseldir. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00fcretim azal\u0131rken, t\u00fcketim artmaktad\u0131r. Bu da \u015fehirleri birer \u201cya\u015fam alan\u0131\u201d olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p \u201ct\u00fcketim alan\u0131\u201d haline getirmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oysa tarih boyunca \u015fehirler, ilmin ve irfan\u0131n merkezleri olmu\u015ftur.<br>End\u00fcl\u00fcs\u2019te bilim, \u015eam\u2019da ticaret, \u0130stanbul\u2019da k\u00fclt\u00fcr, Paris\u2019te sanat geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bu \u015fehirler yaln\u0131zca co\u011frafi noktalar de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda birer medeniyet merkezidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn ise bu merkezler ya sava\u015fla ya da k\u00fcresel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle kimliklerini kaybetme riskiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peki \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm nedir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6ncelikle \u015fehirleri yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekir.<br>Bir \u015fehri aya\u011fa kald\u0131rmak yaln\u0131zca ekonomik yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Altyap\u0131, yollar, binalar elbette \u00f6nemlidir. Ancak bir \u015fehri \u015fehir yapan as\u0131l unsur, onun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dokusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sanat, edebiyat, m\u00fczik ve mimari\u2026<br>Bunlar bir \u015fehrin ruhunu olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer bu alanlara yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmazsa, \u015fehirler yaln\u0131zca beton y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. \u0130nsanlar ya\u015far ama aidiyet hissetmez. Aidiyetin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir yerde ise ne \u00fcretim olur ne de geli\u015fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu y\u00fczden yeni bir \u015fehir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<br>Bu anlay\u0131\u015fta bilim insanlar\u0131, sosyologlar, filozoflar ve mimarlar birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eehir planlamas\u0131 yaln\u0131zca m\u00fchendislik meselesi de\u011fildir; ayn\u0131 zamanda bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr meselesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayr\u0131ca e\u011fitim de bu s\u00fcrecin merkezinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br>Gen\u00e7 nesiller, yaln\u0131zca teknik bilgiyle de\u011fil; tarih, sanat ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyle de yeti\u015ftirilmelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fehirleri gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yacak olanlar, o \u015fehirlerin de\u011ferlerini anlayan bireylerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli nokta ise ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r.<br>\u015eehirler ve \u00fclkeler, kendi kararlar\u0131n\u0131 verebildikleri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olabilirler. D\u0131\u015f bask\u0131larla \u015fekillenen bir yap\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir de\u011fildir. Bu y\u00fczden ekonomik, siyasi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k birlikte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnya bir yol ayr\u0131m\u0131ndad\u0131r.<br>Ya mevcut d\u00fczen devam edecek ve e\u015fitsizlikler derinle\u015fecek,<br>ya da yeni bir anlay\u0131\u015fla daha adil bir sistem kurulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu yeni sistemin merkezinde ise \u015fehirler olacakt\u0131r.<br>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fehirler, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en somut \u00fcretim alan\u0131d\u0131r. Orada ya\u015fanan her de\u011fi\u015fim, do\u011frudan topluma yans\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer \u015fehirler yeniden ihya edilirse,<br>insanl\u0131k da yeniden aya\u011fa kalkabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu ihya s\u00fcreci yaln\u0131zca fiziksel bir yeniden in\u015fa de\u011fildir.<br>Ayn\u0131 zamanda bir anlam aray\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u015fehirlerde yeniden anlam bulmak zorundad\u0131r.
